1 handful rosemary
1 nutmeg
1 cinnamon sticks
1 clove
1 pinch of made
1 small ginger root
4 lbs honey
Yeast
Looks like lemon, smells like bubble gum, and taste of candy liquorice. Best served cold
Wild Hunt Mead
3 lbs honey
1 8 oz maple syrup
1 Cinnamon stick
5 allspice berries (cracked)
2 cloves
1 star anise
1 gal water
Not bad, just remember to oak like mad in the secondary.

1 lb black berries
1 clove
1 vanilla bean
My most elusive mead. This has a heavy berry taste. The vanilla and clove gets lost in the berry flavor.
